In his senior year, Mitch Baldwin (American actor Mark Little) won the lottery. Three years later, he’s flat broke and a laughing stock. Now he’s holed-up in his family home with no prospects and a dim future. With his father retiring, talk has turned to downsizing and Mitch is pushing his dad to rent a room to a mysterious stranger named Carl (American actor Brett Gelman). However, the arrival of Carl upsets Mitch’s routine way of life and what starts as a battle of wits quickly turns into all-out war involving deception, humiliation, spying, and revenge. The question is: How far are these guys prepared to go? The answer: too far.
This is Matt Atkinson’s second feature film.
