Viv Leacock started out wanting to be a comedian. He came to the attention of Eddie Murphy who personally recruited Leacock to take a role in the action comedy film I Spy. He was then cast by Dave Thomas to appear in the comedy feature, Intern Academy, which was released as White Coats. Once of Canada’s busiest actors (about 30 credits not counting individual series episodes between 2016 and 2017 alone), Viv Leacock is also a voice actor when not on screen in shorts, features and television movies and series. He plays the role of Fincher Garland in the Hailey Dean Mysteries TV movies.
Also see brother, Richard Leacock.
