Nardi was nominated for 4 Genie Awards and picked up the coveted statues twice – once for his performance in La Sarrazine and again for My Father’s Angel. He was nominated for a Jutra Award in the Best Supporting Actor category for his work in the film Corbo. He was 20 when he made his stage debut in 1978 in Alex Hausvater’s production of Solzhenitsyn. He has since gone on to appear on stages across the country in productions in French, English and Italian.
