Rosemary Forsyth

Rosemary Forsyth was signed to a contract at Universal Studios after some modelling and early TV appearances. She was nominated for a Golden Globe for her work opposite Jimmy Stewart in her first film, Shanandoah. She played the role of Dr. Laura Spencer Horton in 70 episodes of Days of Our Lives between 1977 and 1980. She got to work with fellow Canadians when she appeared in an episode of who Cade’s County, which starred Glenn Ford, and when she appeared in episodes of Barbary Coast and T.J. Hooker, both of which starred William Shatner. She also appeared in episodes of Ali McBeal and 2001 and 2002, which costarred Canadian actor Gil Bellows.
