Phoebe Jo Jo Kut had no previous acting experience when she was cast in her debut performance in Eve and the Fire Horse. Some of her artwork was used in the film. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science, Major in Cell/Molecular Biology, Double Minor in Economics and Communications at McGill University. In 2016 she won the Sparkling New Star Award for Jazz dance talent performance in Miss Chinese Vancouver Pageant held by Fairchild TV. She now lives in Toronto.
