Megan Park was born in Lindsay but and grew up in London, Ontario. She started acting in school at the age of 7 and is best known for her portrayal of Grace Bowman on the hit ABC Family show, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, which ran from 2008 to 2013. In addition to her work as a director on short and feature-length films, Megan Park has also directed a number of music videos. Her 2024 film, My Old Ass, was shot in Muskoka and stars Maisy Stella in her feature debut. Percy Hynes-White was also in the cast.
