Markita Boies graduated from the theatre program at Lionel-Groulx and has spent most of her 30+ year career on the stage. Her credits range from Réjean Ducharm and Louise Bombardier, to Larry Tremblay and Lise Vallaincourt, not to mention Shakespeare, Claudel, Molière, Neil Simon, Djuna Barnes, Calderon de la Barca and Marivaux. She has worked with directors like Roussel, Duceppe, Poissant, Beaulne, Reichenbach Robert Lepageand Wajdi Mouawad to name just a few.
