Marc Singer studied theatre at Indiana University, Bloomington from 1965 to 1967 and went on to a highly successful career in film and on television. He is also an acclaimed stage actor performing in many Shakespeare productions with the A.C.T., The San Diego National Shakespeare Festival, and The Seattle Repertory Theatre. He won the Los Angeles Critics Circle Award for his portrayal of Petruchio in the A.C.T. production of Taming of the Shrew.
