Laryssa Yanchak specializes in Fight Direction, Choreography, Instruction and coaching in the world of Theatrical Combat. She is Canada’s first woman to be credited as Fight Master through the internationally recognized association of Fight Directors Canada. She is a member of both the CAEA and ACTRA, and is Canada’s first woman to have received a professionally recognized award for Fight Direction. Other special skills include firearms handling, blank fire and armourer services in film and theatre. She also provides training in aerial arts through Spectacle Blue Studios.
