Kendel Carson is a Canadian singer and fiddler based on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. In fact, she started to play the violin when she was just three. Following a stint with the National Youth Orchestra of Canada, she joined the Celtic rock group The Paperboys. Her first album with Chip Taylor’s Train Wreck Records was titled Rearview Mirror Tears and was named by Q Magazine as one of the five best roots albums of 2007. XM Radio declared it one of the top ten country albums of the year. She should not be confused with American actress Kendall Karson.
