Kathryn Greenwood once told a reporter that her personal motto was “Let’s eat!” A graduate of the Agincourt Collegiate Institute, she spent two years in Los Angeles studying acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. A recipient of the Canadian Comedy Award for Female Improviser of the Year, Greenwood was nominated for a Gemini Award for her role of Grace Bailey in the long-running series, Wind at My Back. She won Dora Mavor Moore Awards in 1992 and 1998 for her work on stage as part of Second City.
