Kamaia Fairburn

Born in Hebden, England, Kamaia Fairburn is usually credited as Kamaia Fairburn-Grant. She began her training at Armstrong Acting Studios and Young People’s Theatre in Toronto. She played the role of Diamond Brooks in the series Star Falls. She plays Piper Parish on the 10-episode contemporary tween drama series Holly Hobbie which is based on the American Greetings character first introduced in 1967. She played the title role in the made-for-TV movie Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B.
