Justin Chatwin ended up being an actor by accident. He was 18 years old when a friend dared him to join him on an audition. He fell in love with acting, landed an agent and started working almost immediately. He first gained recognition for his starring role in the USA miniseries, Traffic directed by Stephen Hopkins. Based on his performance, Newsweek magazine called him an “Actor to Watch.” He also costarred with Angelina Jolie and Ethan Hawke in the thriller, Taking Lives. He played the role of Jimmy on the TV series Shameless. Justin Chatwin plays the role of Erik Wallace on the Netflix series Another Life.
