Iréna, and sometimes, Irene, Mayeska is also a stage actor. Among her many credits is playing the role of Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing and Tatiana in A Midsummer Night`s Dream both with England`s New Shakespeare Company. The 1976 television production of Death was for the CBC series, Peepshow. The original play was by Larry Fineberg. The television production included Beverly Roberts, Donald Pleasance and Andrew Skidd.
