Hera Nalam made her film debut in I Propose We Never See Each Other Again After Tonight. She is an honours graduate of the University of Winnipeg’s Theatre Program and was in the middle of touring as a lead actor with the Manitoba Theatre for Young People’s (MTYP) production of “Torn Through Time” when she auditioned for what she thought might be “a bit part in the movie.” Nalam was 16 years old when her family immigrated to Canada in 2011.
