Géza Kovács first showed signs of being interested in acting while in high school. He can now look back on a career that includes performances at the old Theatre Centre, and seeing the very first productions when Toronto landmarks like Theatre Passe Muraille, Factory, Studio Lab and others were born. He has toured the country with Graham Greene and GaryFarmer in the James Reaney classic Wacousta and was co-director/actor with John Dunsworth and Nick Mancuso of Pier 1 Theatre in Halifax. Early in his film career he worked with David Cronenberg who cast him in Scanners, and two years later in The Dead Zone.
