Brent Butt is often referred to as “one of the funniest men in the country”. His unique brand of stand-up comedy has taken him from coast to coastmany times over, and he has performed in every province in Canada. Being the youngest of 7 children, he learned early to use comedy just to get noticed at home. He says that his entire family is hysterically funny, and he used his formative years as a training ground to cultivate his humour. Brent Butt served as creator, head writer, costar and executive producer on the series Hiccups.
