Barton Adams was an Assistant Director or second unit director in a career that seemed to be hit-and-miss from about 1925 to about 1947. To the best of our knowledge he only stepped in front of the camera once, and his only credit as an actor was for an appearance in a silent film. Some sources say he was born in 1898 and others state he was born in New York City.
