Barry Pepper

When Barry Pepper was about five years old, his parents built a boat and set sail with the family, including Barry’s two older brothers. They eventually spent three years traveling the world and Barry went to school in places like Tahiti, Fiji, and New Zealand before returning home. Barry went to college to study graphic design but dropped out after deciding to give acting a try. He made his professional debut on the TV series Madison. In September of 2011, Pepper was given an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor for his role as Bobby Kennedy in the Canadian produced mini-series, The Kennedys. He is pictured as the real life Private Daniel Jackson, an American left-handed sniper, in Saving Private Ryan.
