Ayesha Mansur Gonsalves grew up in Toronto and is one of many Northernstars who attended the Earl Haig Secondary School-Claude Watson Arts Program. She was a dance major there and went on to attend the famed Alvin Ailey American Dance Center. She also received a BA in Film Production from The City University of New York, Brooklyn.
