One of the big winners last night was the documentary, Our Man in Tehran, which picked up a total of four Canadian Screen Awards.

Four previously announced Academy Special Award winners were also presented last night: The Diversity Award was given to The Exhibition (Damon Vignale, Robert Straight and Miho Yamamoto). And The Gordon Sinclair Award for Broadcast Journalism was given Ric Esther Bienstock.
