Born in what used to be the city of Scarborough, now part of Toronto, Jasmine Denise Richards is an actor-singer who first became interested in acting when she was 11. She made her debut in the TV series Timeblazers, but is best known for the role of Margaret “Peggy” Dupree in Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2. She should not be confused with the British author of the same name.
