Steve Laplante graduated from the French language acting programme of the National Theatre School in 1996. Since then, he has appeared in numerous plays in Montréal and on tour. He has appeared in five plays by renowned Quebecois author and director Wajdi Mouawad, including Littoral, Willy Protagoras and Rêves. Recent acting credits also include Francois Archambault’s La nostalgie du Paradis and Martin McDonagh’s Beauty Queen of Leenane
