Jonathan Malen began his career as a child actor. He was 7-years-old when a television show was being shot at a family friend’s house and they needed extras. He had a huge red afro at the time and caught the acting bug. THat said, he’s on the record as once saying, “I quickly realized that if I did acting, I could get out of going to school,” so that might have had something to do with it.
