Derwin Jordan wanted to be an actor beginning in his mid-teens. While majoring in business in college, he decided to follow his dream and enrolled in York University’s theatre program. In addition to his film and television career, he is active in Toronto theatre and has appeared in works from Shakespeare to new Canadian plays.
