Years have passed since Martin Ward (Colm Feore) and David Bouchard (Patrick Huard) met in a spectacular way on the Quebec/Ontario border. The two men have remained friends, but time takes its toll. In this second chapter, it’s been nearly a year since the two men have spoken. When a car theft ring turns out to be much more than that, Ward and Bouchard team up again. They discover the stolen cars are going to be used as bombs in a terrorist attack. They have to stop the operation and save the President of the United States. Ward and Bouchard must face an important car theft ring that turns out to be a lot more than they bargained for. Enemies will prove to be the ones no one expected and Ward and Bouchard will discover that life goes on and while lots of things change, some just… remain the same.
